Stars in the Making!!

Last week Waikowhai Primary School put on the Production Alice in Wonderland. There were 74 students in the senior syndicate who made up the main cast, backstage, sound and lighting, dance crew and a musician group. As well as that all the other classes in the school were involved in a class dance that were woven into the story throughout the event. It was a heap of fun and a huge amount of effort!! Here are some of the Room 9 students who were in the main cast. More pictures and reflections to follow.

  1. What fabulous performances they were. A big thank you to you all for making this such a success R9. Your dedication in rehearsals and your enthusiasm towards the very busy week we have just had, is commendable. Well done on an awesome show. :-)

  2. An awesome show indeed. The students put on a marvelous performance. Hands-up to the school staff for your time, commitment and the vision to bring it all together.

  3. Hi there room 9 I really like your production photos. My favourite was when the year 5 and 6 danced on the stage and also when the queen of hearts came out with her knave and guards. Was it fun making the costumes? and how hard was it.

    Blog you later.

  4. Kia Ora,
