We are an awesome class in Te Waka Ako, the senior syndicate of our school. Our new environment is an ILE we share with two other classes; Waitemata and Manukau. Respect is our core school Code. Hi I think we shoulden't have photoshops because it makes us feel that we are not great in our own way and making things up. if I was taking a photo of a girl that looked amazing I would just leave it.
This is what I think, it shouldn't be allowed because when your buying a house and it says that 100% perfect and when you go there it just look like it has just been trashed and you just wasted a lot of your money.
A lot of fast food companies have been accused of the same thing, too, JD. Is that amazing burger on the billboard how the real thing looks when I get my order? Not often!
no so every picture looks realistic even without Photoshop and when you say to someone to met you from like a online thing and they met you in person but your face is Photoshoped so when they met you in person they'll think you were lying the hole time
I think Photoshop can not be allowed, They are not useful to look at and does not show us anything. It does not help us and it does not show every picture of the whole world. It just copy's old pictures and has things that has not happened before.
I think if they should't photo shop because if they photo shop they can't show the whole world what they been up to and show what is real. Also I think if you did photo shop just be careful because sometimes people show up to your house and asks how did you get this photo.

As long as you are honest and say you edited it, it would be fine by me. An alternative though could be wearing makeup instead of Photoshop.

If you use it, you should say that you used photoshop to create or edit the photo. You could use it to brighten up selfie backgrounds, but you shouldn't photoshop and advertise things. So altogether, I think it should be allowed, but not for advertising.
I think that it is OK to use Photoshop as long as you own up and say that you have edited it. It would help you have a better reputation on something like Instagram. Even though you are kind of exaggerating a little, it is mostly real life
We don't need to be perfect because you can't change yourself. Some people put on makeup to make them self's look pretty and perfect. Some photos could be realistic and they also might edit the photos. They can edit on computers or iPad's to make it look good in a presentation for a special event or it could be for a meeting.
Yes it does create unrealistic expectations because you can make it look good for credit and for healthy skin. You might look healthy but when you take off the makeup you look unhealthy.
I think Photoshop shouldn't be allowed because it can lie about what things look like. People can sometimes use it for money or use it to look good. Photoshop isn't always a good thing because people can edit it to make the picture look better.
Photoshop is sometimes used against people in a mean way like making people look funny. People using Photoshop imitate people, to make them feel bad. People are silly with Photoshop and can hurt some people.

Hmmm... I think that it can be both. I say this because Photoshoping can change an image if, let's say that you take an AWESOME photo, but someone blinks. with Photoshop, you can make it look like the persons eyes are open, so your photo is now good again. But Photoshopping can be bad, because someone might take a photo of someone who looks similar to you and then make that person look EXACTLY like you an post it on the internet.

I think Photoshop should not be allowed because it allows people to make their photos look better when it's not for instance in magazines they make places look cool and fun but people waste money going there and it's bad. Photoshop would be fine if people used it properly for instance the man with pimples if he sent it to all his friends who knew about his pimples and he sent the photo saying this is what I look like with out pimples that would be fine. But if people won't use it properly there is no point having it.
Photoshop shouldn't be used. For an example, if you take a photo of yourself and edit it, people will think you actually look like that, but you don't. People might be shocked when they see you in real life. The only time I think you can use it, is for screenshots of other photos. If you take a photo of yourself the only thing I'd say you can use is the brightness. I wouldn't mind the brightness being turned up.
I think that photoshop should be allowed but just as a joke. Photoshop shouldn't really change people's expectations of places because places can change. Just because it looks sunny and warm in a photo doesn't mean that it can't be rainy and cold by the time you get there. BUT if you change how you look using photoshop that would create fake expectations and people might think you look like a model when you have red dots all over your face. Overall I don't think photoshop is a thing to change yourself or anything that might change someones expectations. But as long as we stick to photo shopping flying kittens and cats I think it's fine
